My Healing Philosophy
My aim is to help you connect to your inner wisdom, reorient your life compass, and transform pain into purpose.
I believe in empowering individuals to navigate through their trauma by providing a safe and supportive environment. My integrative approach focuses on developing personalized coping strategies and creative solutions for sustainable healing. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes. As a veteran and a confidant who has confronted many obstacles, I can help you navigate through rocky terrain, avoid pitfalls, and keep forging ahead through the ups and downs. Healing can be a difficult and painful process, but it can also be greatly rewarding.
I specialize in working with military and veterans, individuals with a complex history of trauma, those who have been in foster care, or who are challenged by PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. There is no shame in needing help — only courage in asking for it.
